Summer Spotlight Series. Meet Maria Ahl-Zanier

You are in for a real treat this week. Meet Swedish watercolor artist Maria Ahl-Zanier. She shares her passion for watercolor and her beautiful studio in Berg, Sweden, with us.

Start by watching the tour of her beautiful studio here. It’s full of gorgeous products including a new line of linen dresses! This was one of her key goals when she joined my creative community. She wanted to learn how to take big watercolor pieces IRL and turn them into repeating patterns in Adobe Illustrator. You’ll love seeing the results!

Then pop over to her:

·      Website - She offers online watercolor classes and a monthly watercolor membership.

·      Instagram - Follow her on Instagram because she often posts reels where you can watch her paint. They are mesmerizing.

I hope that you enjoy this summer Spotlight Series. I look forward to introducing you to another talented artist and member of #annesuniverse next week.

P.S. Ready to dive into surface pattern design? Get a free 7-day trial of Adobe Illustrator.

Bye for now.

MEET ANNE

Hi…I’m Anne!
My creative inspiration comes from a lifetime of observation. I grew up in Paris on the Place St. Sulpice and walked to school through the Luxembourg gardens. And that was only the beginning… Learn more by watching the video on my About page.
