Holiday Sales Prep: Let's Get Started
Hello, creative friends! Are you ready for the biggest sales period of the year? Believe it or not, the start of all of the key holidays is right around the corner. Yes, it all starts with Halloween which is a huge sales opportunity, especially here in the U.S.
Creating the right strategy to take full advantage of each of the upcoming holiday events will make or break your profits, which is why I’m excited to offer you the Holiday Sales Prep Series!
What’s it all about? Keep reading for details.
Beginning on September 18, this series guides you step-by-step through the process of getting ready to sell directly to customers (in a variety of ways), ready to sell indirectly to customers (also in a variety of ways), and how to calculate the most important metric - your profit!
The Holiday Sales Prep Series is structured to prepare you for success so that you take full advantage of every opportunity to get your art and surface pattern designs into the hands of eager customers.
Here’s what’s covered in the program. The series consists of three modules, each released on the third Monday of the month during September, October and November.
Sept 18 - Direct Selling: We’ll kick things off in September by covering all of the ways you can sell directly to customers including, but not limited to craft and art fairs. We’ll dive into the best products to offer and how to package them in bundles and sets to increase the average transaction size.
Oct 16 - InDirect Selling: In this month’s training, we’ll optimize the ways you can sell indirectly including organizing your print-on-demand shops in order to give customers what they’re looking for. Preparing collections that address Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday ensure you’re placing your focus on designs and products that customers are seeking.
Nov 20 - Inventory and Profit Management: In the December training, we’ll focus on preparing for the biggest sales that happen leading up to Christmas and Hanukkah. Gift giving reaches it’s peak during these key weeks in December. Understanding how to manage your inventory and set realistic profit goals is key. I’ll teach you how to use my “profit maximizer” tool to set you up for maximum profits.
Extra goodies: In addition to the video lessons, the training series offers interactive elements, including live Q&A sessions, shop and product reviews. Each month has a key focus and each month supports our overall efforts to get ready for the key sales events during October, November and December.
